Villa ElHsaa
About the project
A contemporary corner villa — layered horizontal volumes, expansive glazing, and a warm wooden entrance feature.
A contemporary corner villa that emphasizes clean geometry and layered horizontal volumes, creating a dynamic yet balanced architectural composition. The design takes advantage of its corner location by opening up the façades with expansive glazing, enhancing natural light and strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The material palette combines light-toned stone, smooth concrete finishes, and warm vertical wood elements, adding contrast and visual depth while maintaining a refined, minimalist aesthetic. The prominent entrance is framed with a vertical wooden feature, acting as a focal point that adds warmth and scale to the composition.
Upper-level terraces and the rooftop lounge introduce greenery and soft landscaping, bringing a sense of privacy and tranquility while reinforcing a modern lifestyle concept. Glass railings and slim structural elements enhance the feeling of lightness, while integrated lighting highlights architectural lines and textures for an elegant evening presence.
